Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the packing slip provided in the portal.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the status of your return as it travels back to our warehouse.
