How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options, including 2-day and overnight delivery, for orders placed before 10:00 AM PT.
How do I care for my Tin Cloth or Rugged Twill products?
To maintain the water repellency of our oil-finish fabrics, avoid washing with soap or detergents. Simply wipe or brush away mud and dirt. Re-wax as needed with Filson Oil Finish Wax to restore weather resistance.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Please note that certain custom or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
